The free agreement generator is provided without charge. Free downloads include a brand footer and may include limited template terms. Free use is for personal, non-commercial document creation.

Premium documents are available as a one-time purchase. When you purchase a premium document, you receive the enhanced version (state-specific terms, no brand footer, and/or Word format where offered) for the specific document you create. Purchases are non-refundable once the premium document has been generated and delivered, except where required by applicable law.

The Service provides document templates, not legal services. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring any document meets your needs and complies with applicable law. See our Disclaimer for details.

You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent documents, misrepresent income or identity, or engage in any unlawful activity. We may refuse service or terminate access for violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lease Agreement Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
