Our agreement generator runs entirely in your browser. The landlord, tenant, property, and lease details you enter are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

We may store a draft of your form in your browser's local storage so you can recover your work if you leave the page. This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you clear your browser data.

When you make a purchase, we store minimal order information needed to process and verify your payment: your payment email, order number, product purchased, payment status, and transaction identifiers. We do not store your credit card information — payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Creem).

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. This data is used to improve the site and is never sold.

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) for basic operation and to improve your experience. Specifically:

• Essential cookies: a short-lived cookie that verifies guest Premium access after a purchase so you can download your document without creating an account.
• Local storage: we may save a draft of your agreement form in your browser's local storage so you can recover your work if you refresh or leave the page. This data never leaves your device.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent guest Premium downloads and draft recovery from working.

We may display advertising served by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks. These third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the Google advertising cookie) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites, and to measure ad performance.

Third-party vendors may also use web beacons (pixel tags) to collect information such as the pages you visit and your IP address. Ad personalization is optional: you can opt out of personalized advertising by Google by visiting the Google Ads Settings page, and you can opt out of many third-party ad networks at www.aboutads.info/choices or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
